As a fan of basketball, I enjoyed quite a bit and actually learned more about the history of basketball. This is a well-made documentary, and many would agree with me. It definitely has its moments. Personally, I enjoyed the piece on the rivalry of Magic and Bird, Isaiah Thomas and the Pistons, and of course – as a big fan of Michael Jordan – the story of MJ was my favorite. It, but my review more on the DVD itself.
During this time they held this documentary presents an encore presentation, so I’m sticking to it. I saw him a few times then. However, as most of you know, the video quality on DVD is bad (especially since I recorded it in EP), and I do not cut the advertising, because I enjoy this documentary and a basketball fan that I am, I wanted to make a copy of the DVD’s in my collection. Unfortunately, what a disappointment:

The old music was really good with the stuff before – it fits the mood perfectly. In this new edition, revised DVD, but the music will be replaced with medium alone (hold on some music with it, why they should replace it?). Moreover, although the scene is a moment, they replaced it with some uptempo music. Why? Who’s the idiot who decided to change the audio? I could not enjoy the Jordan, Michael interrupted as I have with the broadcast version. Other examples: They died Bulls intro music when the camera swung Jordan from the bottom up with something that is not compatible, as well. Why? And they also got rid of Jordan song “I want to be like Mike” the atmosphere (mainly conducted since the shooting of Charles Barkley, they sing) perfectly.

I was diappointed also DVD quality. This is definitely one of the films directly from VHS to DVD conversion: Quality is not something to be surprised, and there are no bonus features on the DVD. The menu is very simple, even a layman can make DVD menu better with software to do it.
If you watch the documentary for the first time, I’m sure you less for me to knit picking on a few recordings or music – but just be aware: this DVD really worse than the original.
